Why has my payment declined?
Typically, declined payments occur due to incorrect billing addresses or security codes. Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Double-check your shipping zip code, especially if you've recently moved.
- Try clearing caches/cookies (please note: this action may remove items from your cart).
- Consider switching browsers/devices or using "Incognito Mode".
- Using a service like PayPal may bypass some checkout errors.
If all your information is correct and the issue persists, your card may be temporarily blocked after multiple failed attempts. We recommend contacting your bank before attempting to place your order again.
I think I was charged twice.
When you place an order, your card undergoes a pre-authorization process, but actual charges are not applied until the order is shipped. During this period, pre-authorizations will appear as "Pending" in your bank account. Once the order ships, the pre-authorization status will change to "Complete"
Can I get a copy of my receipt?
Absolutely! You can easily access this information directly from Your Orders on your account pages. Simply click into any order to view all order details, including charges.
