How To Measure
BUST
- Wear a well-fitted bra (or no bra) and stand straight with your arms relaxed by your sides.
- Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring it's parallel to the ground.
- Make sure the tape is snug but not tight, and record the measurement.
WAIST
- Locate the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button.
- Stand straight and wrap the measuring tape around your waist.
- Keep the tape snug but not too tight, and record the measurement.
HIP
- Stand straight with your feet together.
- Find the widest part of your hips, usually around the hip bones.
- Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Ensure the tape is parallel to the ground and record the measurement.
INSEAM
- Stand straight against a wall, wearing thin or no shoes.
- Measure from the crotch to the bottom of your ankle or desired length, along the inside of your leg.
- Ensure the tape is straight and record the measurement.

How To Measure
SHOULDER
- Stand straight with your arms relaxed by your sides. Locate the bony protrusions at the top of each shoulder.
- Measure from the outer edge of one shoulder to the outer edge of the other shoulder, across the back.
- Keep the tape parallel to the ground and record the measurement.
CHEST
- Stand straight with your arms down by your sides.
- Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits.
- Ensure the tape is snug but not too tight, and record the measurement.
WAIST
