Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states with our standard shipping option.
Depending on the final shipping destination, the shipping carrier may vary between FedEx, UPS and USPS.
Orders are generally delivered in 2-7 business days to most locations from the shipping date. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.
Free standard shipping is available to all US domestic orders with a subtotal greater than $50+ after any promotions or discounts are applied.
To apply free shipping, please select the free standard shipping option at checkout for your eligible order.
My order got lost in the mail
If you've received a delivery confirmation but can't find your package, there's no need to worry just yet. Occasionally, our carriers mark items as 'delivered' a bit prematurely. We kindly ask for your patience for the next 48 business hours as they often attempt delivery again. Should your package still not arrive within this time frame, please reach out to us at customercare@goparkley.com with your order number and shipping address. We’ll make sure you are taken care of!
How much is shipping?
Enjoy free standard shipping on purchases totaling $50 or more. If you prefer express shipping within the continental U.S., it's available for a flat rate of $20 USD per order. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are delivered in 3-7 business days from the shipping date for standard shipping. Please note that delivery times do not include order processing times.
Express continental U.S. shipping will arrive in 2 business days for orders placed before 11 a.m. CST on Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11 a.m. CST on Monday through Friday will arrive in 3 business days.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, we do not offer shipments to PO boxes.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We apologize, but each order cannot be split or shipped to multiple addresses. To send items to different locations, please create a separate order for each shipping destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Sorry, we do not currently ship products internationally.
Can I expedite my order?
Express shipping to the continental U.S. is available for $20 USD per order. Please note processing times are not included in shipping time.
Can I edit my shipping info after I’ve placed my order?
